Gergely Benyó is a Hungarian attorney admitted to the Budapest Bar Association. He joined Szecskay Attorneys at Law in 2019.

 

Gergely currently specializes in banking and finance law including real estate, corporate, project and acquisition finance, financial services and banking regulatory.

 

Before joining our firm, as an in-house lawyer of the Hungarian National Bank, he gained experience in the supervision of financial institutions and administrative court procedures.

 

Earlier he worked for the corporate workout department of Erste Bank Hungary Zrt., where his main tasks were the restructuring and the collection of non- or under-performing loans in the SME and large corporate sectors including the representation of the bank in insolvency proceedings.

 

He is fluent in English.
