Dániel Bihary

Dániel Bihary is a Hungarian attorney-candidate admitted to the Budapest Bar Association Attorney Candidate Chapter. He joined Szecskay Attorneys at Law in 2019.

  

He received his JD, summa cum laude, from Eötvös Loránd Faculty of State and Legal Sciences in 2019. During his studies he participated in the XXXIV. Hungarian Student Conference’s prestigious thesis competition where he won the 1st place with his thesis on Game theory used for breaking deadlocks in shareholder agreements. His thesis also received the special award from the Council of the Hungarian Notaries and the Ministry of Justice of Hungary.  

 

Before joining the Firm, he worked in the banking and finance practice group of the Budapest office of CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP as a trainee. 

 

He is fluent in English and German.

Awards:

 

  • Dániel won the 1st place in the Hungarian Student Conference’s thesis competition with his thesis on Game theory used for breaking deadlocks in shareholder agreements (2019)
  • Dániel and his team won the 1st place at the 2018 Global Legal Hackathon held in New York City with a data protection application called Revealu
